Harrison Meeks from Lindale Church in Houston, TX brings us this awesome projection setup.
These projection crosses were made from simple 1/8 inch sheets of plywood sheets, framed on the back with 1 x 4’s for strength. They were painted with a flat off white and hung to the desired levels in a staggered format.
They used one high-lumen laser projector from their balcony where Harrison created a PNG mask in Photoshop and overlaid on top of video in ProPresenter 6.
They also lined the edge of their main riser with RGB LED tape and tied it into their DMX signal for control.
The rear wall treatment was simple aluminum screening, textured and lit from the bottom with LED Par 64’s.
