Chad Kirchoff from Woodridge Baptist Church in Kingwood, TX brings us this pallet beautification project.
For Christmas this year, they wanted to use their pallets from Pallet City. They disassembled all their pallets and built a 16′ by 8′ sign and hung it 6′ above the stage. Their Christmas theme was based on the phrase “He is Born” so they cut the logo out and suspended it from the sign in white letters.
For the Christmas trees, they used extra pallet wood, painted them in Christmasy colors, and wrapped them with Christmas lights.
Since they got all of the pallets for free the entire project was of minimal cost. They spent about $400 in chain and beam clamps.
This is very beautiful
What is all the material you used for the letters?
I used cheap 1/4″ plywood and cut the letters out with a jigsaw.
Do you still have these decorations? I am outside of Houston and would be interested in them!
Sorry! All of the trees and pallet wood were given to church members last winter.
Do you sell the pallet Christmas trees?
If not, do you know who does?
