Deb Meyer from Heartland Community Church in Decatur, IL brings us this set that looks like gears made from dumpster dive spools.
Deb fished a bunch of round plastic spools out of the dumpster behind their church. They used a combination of the spools, which they cut apart and painted white, along with two 50′ rolls of window screening. They wrinkled the screening and cut it into 4′ & 6′ sections. They used four LED’s on the floor and two on a stand on each side of the set. The whole set cost them $125.
I LOVE this set! VERY inventive / creative!I love using found items for my set designs.
