Built Boxes

Glendale Matias from Oasis Church in Los Angeles, California brings us these awesome boxes that look (intentionally) halfway completed. (originally posted September 2011)

They needed a mobile solution for their Easter services being held in the Saban Theater. Because they only had 18 hours for load time they had to make it all very portable. So they built these rolling columns from wood and butcher/kraft paper. They painted words on paper and cut the sheets to various sizes (2′-9′). Portable and beautiful!

    Looks really good. Question though… the boxes are covered with Kraft Paper? This sounds like a potential fire hazard…
