Boxed and Hung

Matthew Allen from Omega Church in San Antonio, TX brings us these cool PVC pipe boxes.

Their series was called “What’s In the Box”.

For the stage, they created these cubes: 2.5ft, 1ft, and 2ft out of 1/2inch PVC pipes spray painted flat white. They hung them on the walls and from the ceiling using 20 pound fishing string.

For their lobby, they made the same sized cubes but added different color yarn to add more flavor. They wrapped the yarn around the cube. This took lots of patience, because it had to be tight but not too tight, so the pipes wouldn’t come out their fittings. The total cost was around $180.
