Jeremy Courtright from Seven Marks Church in Raleigh, NC brings us this awesome LED tape look.
From Jeremy: We took 16 packs of LED Tape lights and made our design. We also added 6 small moving lights from Monoprice, 4 washes in the ceiling and 2 spots on the floor (both have recently been discontinued). With carpeting the stage, new tape light, 6 moving light and paint we spent less then $1,200 and will last 6 months.

Any reason the smoke colored channels were chosen over clear?
I try to come up with a design that when I cut off a light, you will not be able to see whats there. The smoke makes it a little harder to see when those lights are off.
Makes sense to me. Thank you.
One more question: How did you connect the strips to the power supply?
The lights are going through the wall to a DMX Decoder backstage that is powered by the power supplies that are linked in the list of materials.
Got it. Thanks!
I have a question for you Jeremy…
Why will this installation only last 6 months?
