Alive Words

Ben Mumford from Waterfront City Church in Plymouth, UK brings us these 3D words.

Their theme for their Easter service was Alive. They were also going to be doing baptisms on their stage.

The team was trying to think about how they could get the message that we are made alive because of what Christ has done for us. So they made these giant letters out of foam board.

They used 5 sheets at a total cost of £40 ($68.50). They also spray painted them white to give them a nice finish. Overall, these cost about £60 ($102) not including man-hours.

What exactly are the sheets? Foam or cardboard?

  2. Ben Mumford says:

They are foam board, this link is the same things we used although we sourced ours from a local art shop. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Foamboard-A1-5mm-White-pack/dp/B002LBC9HS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1409082932&sr=8-2&keywords=foamboard

    Hope that helps
