Wooden Web

Deb Meyer from Heartland Community Church in Sun Prairie, WI brings us this this criss-crossy design.

This set design was created by constructing a series of 4×8′ & 4×4′ panels. The frames were built with 2×4’s. Three different widths of wood strips were cut from 1/4″ lauan plywood. The strips were then stained and stapled to the frames. They created one panel of random-looking strips and then duplicated it. The panels were screwed together in place and then lit from behind with floor-mounted LED’s. This who set cost around $150.
