Christmas Designs

Textured Christmas

Matt Roden from Lifechurch.tv‘s Stillwater Campus in Stillwater, OK brings us this very textured stage design from their Christmas services.

The curtain in between the screens was a 12X22 Laser Curtain hung by a pipe and drape pole.

Chandeliers hanging were hooked by air craft cable and wired by fifty foot extension chords and put on a dimmer pack.

The middle piece was just wood pallets from a warehouse in town. Different shapes and sizes. They measured the wall and laid the pieces on the floor and screwed them together randomly and braced them to the wall.

I love the laser curtain, I wish it wrapped the center screen all around. The chandeliers are sick, the design would have been awesome carried all the way around. It seems like a contrast in style between the pallets and everything else.

I mean, overall this is really cool and I’m sure was effective. Great job Life folks.

any more would have been to much, too busy and distracting, this set the tone perfect I thought .

I’m interested in the answer to Bethany’s question, I haven’t been able to find this. It reminds me of “Cascade.” https://churchstagedesignideas.com/2012/07/24/cascade/
