Stage Designs

Metal Times Four

Jason Rollin from Zion Christian Church in Troy, MI brings us this design using metal in almost every imaginable way.

They wanted a rough industrial feel for their series on social injustice.

They went to Home Depot and bought fencing, aluminum screening, and corrugated metal for their stage. They added the corrugated metal between their trusses and hung that from some small chain. Then they scrunched some aluminum screening and added that to the center of the stage. Finally, they added some chain-link fence and fencing gates in front of the wings and at the entrance to complete their look.

Where did you get the trusses? Any idea how much they cost?

Hey Jason. This look awesome! Did you have any trouble with the drum noise reflecting off of the metal?
