Kaleb Wilcox from Willow Creek Community Church in Northfield, IL brings us this adaptation of Willow South Barrington’s design that was originally flown.
They adapted it for their application by adding feet to the frames so they would be self supporting. They are made from 2x4s painted black and ranged from 5 to 10 feet high. The frames are 4 feet wide with strips of 6 inch wide Coroplast stapled to the fronts. They were uplit with Chauvet Colorado Tour 1s, one behind each frame. Mac 250s, Robe 136LTs, Elation Design Wash 250s, and Elation Power Spot 700s comprised the rest of the rig.
Awesome job! Do you have photos of the project in construction or up close without lights on?
