Want to throw a calendar up on your stage? Check out this great option from Warren Sargent at Church 52 Family Worship Center in Indianapolis, IN.

Warren and his team built the calendar from 1/4″ foam board. They cut standard foam board (30″ x 20″) in half to create the day fields–15″w x 20″ H. They used some stick-on numbers for the dates and weekday panels, then simply used a magic marker for the daily activities that got changed as the message progressed.

The whole thing was hung from 1″x4″x10′ lumber painted black. It was hung horizontal from the ceiling and the panels were stapled to pieces of lumber.
