Kim Porter from The River Church in Liberty Township, OH brings us this under construction stage design.
Their pastor wanted to teach through the book of Nehemiah. So they bought four 4×8 brick wall boards (around $25 each) and nailed them to the back wall. Kim took caution tape and crossed it over the wall to make it look freshly constructed. She found some old orange cones and a ladder and put them on either side to complete the look.
They took four LED lights and up lit the wall with them.

I write and speak about the creative process – especially for churches. Call me a resource for the church creative wanting to make their ministry better.
That’s pretty cool!! Is the truss real, and what kind of lights did you use to up light?
Actually the truss is wood! We spray painted it silver to make it look more realistic. We have people who attend the church ask if its metal so apparently it worked!
The lights are Chauvet slim par 64s.
