Brad Martin at Heartland Community Church in Rockford, Illinois brings us this fiberglass/coroplast party for your stage. How’d he do it?
To fill 8′x24′ section under the center screen, he created a wall made of six 4′x8′ frames screwed together, covered with black coroplast. He then cut twenty-four 5″ windows into the black wall, then lit the sheets of white coroplast behind the wall with 10″ LED color blocks (six).
Then to fill the sides of the stage design he hung white corrugated fiberglass building panels from a truss spanning the stage. He hung them with steel safety cables then zip-tied them to the lower panels. He then lit them with Robe 575 watt color washes.

I write and speak about the creative process – especially for churches. Call me a resource for the church creative wanting to make their ministry better.
Very well done. I like the ceiling lit by the top movers, nice look.
