Open up your stage decoration by flying some fabric waterfalls behind the band and speaker. Duke Dejong hooked up this stage design using sections of Poly Sheen fabric flowing down the backdrop.
1′ box trussing was used to separate the waterfalls and provide structures from which to hang the fabric. The fabric was bunched to a 5′ width at the top and then fanned out to 9′ at the bottom to create a soft flowing look. Both the cross and the fabric were up lit with LED fixtures giving flexible color options. Enjoy!

It really was one of our easier designs but it looked really nice, not too modern but not to stuffy, and it adjusted to color and gobos well.
could you elaborate on types of LED fixtures used?
Just about any mid to higher (1 watt LED's or brighter) grade LED fixture would work to make this look. We were using the Elation Design 36 LEDs, a cheaper mid range LED that still had a good enough power supply to not flicker on camera. At the time they were about $700 a piece but I believe they've come down in price and now have other options.
hi there! im wondering what color fabric did you use?
I almost always buy white fabric and then light it to get the color, and this is no exception. The fabric used is a white Poly Sheen from Rosebrand. I try to mainly use white fabric so that I have a ton of flexibility in the lighting so whatever I color I want for a certain week (or song) I can easily get it using light.
How exactly did you light up the fabric? How many lights and where were they placed?
I want to say we used 2 LED's on the floor of each panel to light them up. It's possible we used 3 for each, but I don't think so. It was a pretty simple up light and pick a color on the LED's.
